Excellent service! Another garage told me my A/C compressor needed to be replaced, but King Auto Collision took a closer look and found it was actually just a wiring issue. This garage can be fully trusted in their diagnosis — no unnecessary upsells. Hasan was terrific, and I had a great customer experience overall. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with King Auto Collision. We got rear-ended at 9pm and were grateful the shop was open to accept our car so late at night. Having never been in an accident before, we were appreciative for the team at King for their assistance in the process of communicating with our insurance and working through the claims process. They sent regular updates and photos, and returned the car to us clean and detailed! We are grateful for their transparency, great work, and communication.

King of Queens Auto Service exceeded my expectations! They replaced my rear brakes for only $80, and my NYS inspection was just $37. The prices were unbeatable, the work was done quickly, and my car is driving perfectly. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, professional, and honest. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find an auto shop that’s affordable and trustworthy, but this place is both. I highly recommend King of Queens Auto Service to anyone who needs quality work at a great price. I’ll definitely be coming back!

They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and did not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done on time, and the quality of the repair was excellent.
